Age: to ensure peers relate on similar life stages.

Interests: Hobbies, music, literature preferences

Time availability: There is a 7 hour time difference between Israel and the US East Coast, 8 hours for those in central time. Make sure to take this into account when scheduling time.

To empower the US based participants, we include teaching aids that will help students navigate their weekly sessions and gain confidence while doing so.
